We’re the Champagne family of Plymouth, MA, and we’re proud to share a unique experience rooted in tranquility, connection, and the rare gift of stepping away from the noise of everyday life. Inside the sauna, there are no phones, no notifications, and nothing competing for your attention — just heat, quiet, and the chance to hear yourself again.

Book your private sauna event, perfect for celebrations, wellness gatherings, or simply because you need a moment that’s yours.

Or visit us at our riverside location, where the warmth of the sauna meets the cool clarity of the cold plunge and the scenic calm of the Eel River.

Our mobile sauna brings this experience directly to you, creating a space to reset, reconnect, and embrace the simple joy of slowing down.

We can’t wait to welcome you in.
